  • We are a third party admininstrator meaning that while we handle claims for your insurance carrier, we do not maintain your policy records.
  • All of the policy information, coverage verification etc. must therefore come to us directly from your agent so that we can begin handling your claim at the earliest possible moment.
  • Feel free to complete the form linked to this page but forward it to your agent, who in turn can fax or E-mail it directly to us.

Dear Agent:

In order for us to provide the best claims service possible, we require that all losses are reported to us directly by the agent. Not the insured.

Often an insured has only liability coverage with us and physical damage coverage elsewhere or simply has physical damage on some vehicles and not on others. The insured often has little or no policy information that would enable us to confirm coverage and begin the claims process.

Please therefore fax or E-mail an ACORD form or the form below so that we can immediately begin the claims process.

This information allows us to immediately assign field adjusters and appraisers to handle claims on the insured's behalf.

We understand there are always exceptions for emergencies and we will do everything we can to accommodate these situations.
